ETP'S Choice: THE JANUS PA
This device uses the YOGGIE firewall hardware, which has been reconfigured and preloaded to handle TOR routing. February 2009, the first update has become availiable. The Janus PA now has the ability to use VPNs on users configuration.
With the Janus PA, you can anonymize any Web browser, e-mail client, Instant Messaging, Torrents, RSS readers, or any other application that uses the TCP protocol. If you use your JanusPA with OpenVPN, then ICMP, UDP, and TCP are all supported. Meaning everything exiting your network, would completely be anonymized to include VOIP.
Recently released to the public, this device seems promising to provide a higher level of anonimity surpassing software based "anonymizing" services. The Janus PA is "hardwired" which prevents side-channel attacks that can leak your real IP address. By using a hardware based solution, all your traffic is redirected through Tor or your VPN connection without indemnification or software failure.
The Janus PA is still a new device, at this time there is no GUI to configure, no settings to change. Simply, plug and play your way to anonimity.
