A new release for 2009 is AVsoftware's Invisible IP Map. The software will deliver you fresh anonymous proxy servers every time you decide to click on "Get IP Locations". The main benefit of this software is that you can't be traced when browsing websites. Also if a website is restricted for users from specified country the program can bypass that protection. By hiding your IP you will prevent receiving spam from marketers which know your interests by tracking your IP when browsing websites. You can use web based e-mail to send anonymous e-mail. Post on bulletin boards without displaying your real IP address.

Installing this software was a breeze, and its settings are straight forward so the average user can understand just about everything this software has to offer right out of the box. First we need to load the most current anonymous proxies. These should be refreshed daily by the user to assure the proxies are active. Users have the ability to select which proxy(s) they wish their connection to be routed through. It is best to select a proxy closer to your actual location to get better speeds, however the speeds pf the proxies are listed in the IP Location list along with more detailed information.



Updating the proxy list can also be done from the main screen "Map Overview". This screen will give you an overall picture of which proxies are availiable throughout the world and optionally connect to VIP servers.

VIP servers offer full 128bit encryption for surfing the internet or routing other applications though them. You can only route specific applications using the VIP servers. Currently supported applications are: AIM, Bet365 Poker, Celeb Poker, Full Tilt Poker, ICQ, Microsoft Outlook, MSN, Paradise Poker, Telnet, William Hill Poker, AinAmp, Windows Media Player, Yahoo! Messenger, and Skype. Routing Skype phone calls through the VIP servers offer location anonimity and encrypted communications in addition to Skypes encryption. You also have the ability to use your own custom proxies lists as well.



In the Setting Options, users can customize their browsing levels of security and proxy usage. Below are the default settings.

Overall Invisible IP Map 2009 is a very simple solution to basic online anonimity. We liked the fact that some applications could be easily routed through the anonymous servers with a simple click.
